Privacy policy
PCP LAUNDRY, S.L., in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, «GDPR») and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD), informs the users of the Website about the processing of their personal data.

2. Data we collect
- Contact form data: full name, company/business name, position (where applicable), email, telephone and the content of the message or enquiry.
- Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, and data derived from the use of cookies, in accordance with the Cookie Policy.
The user warrants that the data provided is truthful and up to date. If the user provides data relating to third parties, they declare that they have the third parties' consent.
3. Purposes of processing
- To handle and respond to requests or enquiries submitted through the contact form or by email.
- To manage the commercial and/or pre-contractual relationship with clients and potential clients (B2B).
- Where applicable, and subject to prior consent, to send commercial communications about VELUM's services.
- To ensure the correct operation, security and improvement of the Website through cookies.

5. Retention period
- Contact enquiries: for as long as necessary to handle the request and, thereafter, for the limitation period of any potential liabilities (up to 3 years).
- Commercial relationship: for its duration and for the periods required by commercial, tax and accounting regulations (generally, up to 6 years in accordance with the Commercial Code).
- Commercial communications: until the data subject withdraws their consent or objects.
6. Recipients and processors
As a general rule, data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law. Your data may be processed by providers acting as data processors, under contracts in accordance with art. 28 GDPR: web hosting provider Vercel Inc., email and office software Google Workspace, web analytics Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.).
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, PCP LAUNDRY, S.L. guarantees that such transfers are covered by one of the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or others). In particular, Vercel Inc. (web hosting) and Google (analytics) may process data in the United States; these transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Data subject's rights
- Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
- Objection to and restriction of processing in the cases provided for.
- Portability of the data to another controller.
- Withdrawing consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
How to exercise them: by request to privacidad@by-velum.com or by post to Calle Don Ramón de la Cruz 17, piso 3, puerta derecha, 28001 Madrid, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. A response will be provided within a maximum of one month (art. 12 GDPR).
9. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): electronic registry www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid.
10. Security measures
PCP LAUNDRY, S.L. has adopted the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk (art. 32 GDPR): encryption of communications (HTTPS/SSL), access control, backups and internal confidentiality policies.
