2. Purpose
This Legal Notice governs access to, navigation of and use of the website by-velum.com (hereinafter, the «Website»), owned by PCP LAUNDRY, S.L. (hereinafter, «VELUM», «the Company» or «the Owner»), without prejudice to the Owner's right to modify the presentation, configuration and contents of the Website, as well as the conditions required for its access and/or use.
The purpose of the Website is to provide information about the Company and its textile care and treatment services in the B2B sphere, as well as to facilitate contact with current and potential clients.
3. Terms of use
Access to and/or use of the Website confers the status of user (hereinafter, the «User») and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions set out in this Legal Notice in the version published at the time of access.
The User undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website and its contents, in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, public morals, accepted standards of behaviour and public order. In particular, the User agrees to refrain from:

The trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs, including most notably the VELUM trademark, are owned by PCP LAUNDRY, S.L. The VELUM trademark is in the process of registration. Its use without the express, written authorisation of the Owner is prohibited.
